Product and integrations
Yes. HirePortal works with every ATS through CSV import and export. Zoho Recruit is the native integration on Pro plans.
You export candidates from your ATS as a CSV, upload the file to HirePortal and can export signals, summaries and outcomes back as CSV for your own system.
Zoho Recruit supports OAuth connection, candidate synchronisation and write-back of SmartWatcher signals, Voice AI call summaries, qualification outcomes and statuses on Pro plans.
Yes, when the agency has an existing candidate database and wants candidate reactivation, recruitment voice AI and staffing agency automation. Prices are charged in EUR.
No. HirePortal supports recruiters and keeps the ATS as the single source of truth. It does not replace recruiters, your ATS or human hiring decisions.
Voice AI
It is designed to sound natural in Dutch and English, handle interruptions and answer normal follow-up questions. It always discloses that it is an AI assistant.
It asks about current job satisfaction, openness to an exploratory conversation, motivation, timing, availability, role preferences and relevant conditions.
Yes. Current job satisfaction is one of the core qualification topics in the first conversation.
Yes. It checks whether the candidate is open to an exploratory conversation before recommending a next step.
It can ask a natural follow-up question. If the answer remains unclear, the summary flags the uncertainty so a recruiter can review it.
Yes. HirePortal is human-in-the-loop: recruiters review outcomes and remain responsible for decisions and follow-up.
Calendar and calls
Yes. HirePortal can book interviews directly in Outlook or Calendly.
Teams meeting links are handled through Outlook / Microsoft 365 where technically supported. Microsoft Teams itself is not presented as a calendar.
It depends on call length. For illustration only, 600 minutes supports about 120 five-minute calls or 60 ten-minute calls.
Included minutes reset monthly and do not roll over. Additional packs of 500 or 1,000 minutes can be purchased inside HirePortal and remain separate while an eligible subscription is active.
Trial, consent and compliance
The account becomes read-only after expiry. Trial results are retained for 14 days, so choosing a plan restores access immediately.
Three consecutive calendar days, all core features, up to 25 candidates, up to 30 Voice AI minutes, one user and one organisation. No credit card is required.
At first activation: the first completed CSV upload or completed Zoho Recruit connection. Registering alone does not start the trial.
A refusal, objection or withdrawal during a call is recorded immediately, blocks further outbound communication through HirePortal and survives later CSV re-import or ATS re-sync.
No. HirePortal does not make autonomous hiring or rejection decisions and should not be used for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect.
