We may use HirePortal as a technical service provider to keep data current, organise contact moments and — only where this is permitted — have an AI assistant call you. In an AI conversation we tell you straight away that you are speaking with AI. We do not use a HirePortal call if you are registered with us as ‘do not call’. You can find more information about sources, legal basis, retention periods and your GDPR rights at [recruiter privacy URL]. You can object or change your contact preferences via [contact].”
Mandatory AI Voice opening script
“Hello [name], I am the AI recruitment assistant of [Recruitment Company]. So you are speaking with an AI system. I am calling on behalf of [Recruitment Company] about [role/recruitment purpose]. If you do not want this conversation or no longer wish to receive automated calls, just say so and we will register it immediately.”
